Strategic realignment of Dimos and new location in Fulda
Dimos within the Hubtex Group
Dimos is part of the Hubtex Group, which also includes Hubtex Maschinenbau, Stabau, and Genkinger. Under the Hubtex Group's vision for the future, we are combining our strengths, strengthening core competencies across the group, and creating new synergies for a successful shared future.
As part of this realignment, Dimos is sharpening its role within the group and taking on the global function of specialist for air cargo projects. This allows us to focus consistently on vehicles and solutions for freight handling, air freight centers, and air cargo terminals.
New company headquarters
From January 1, 2026, Dimos will relocate its headquarters to the Hubtex site in the Fulda Technologie Park.

The Fulda Technology Park offers us a modern environment with excellent infrastructure. The proximity to the headquarters supports our strategy of efficiently bundling engineering services, administrative functions, and central services and further intensifying cooperation within the Hubtex Group.
Dimos as a specialist for air cargo vehicles
For our customers, this means in particular:
- A clear positioning of Dimos as an air cargo specialist
- Even more focused consulting on air cargo operations and processes in freight handling
- Better use of synergies in development, production, and service
Solutions outside the air cargo environment will be covered in future by the Hubtex Group's product and solution portfolio. Depending on the task at hand, we will involve the appropriate group products and teams so that customers continue to receive the optimal solution from a single source.
Continuity in service
The service for existing Dimos vehicles remains unchanged. All known contact persons, service numbers, and email addresses remain valid. Existing maintenance and service contracts remain valid.
The centrally organized service organization primarily improves internal processes. For our customers, this ideally means even faster support without changing their usual contact channels.
What exactly will change at Dimos from January 1, 2026?
Starting January 1, 2026, Dimos will relocate its corporate headquarters to the group's headquarters in Fulda. At the same time, Dimos will sharpen its profile and focus entirely on air cargo projects in the future.
Why will Dimos focus exclusively on air cargo projects in the future?
Focusing on a clearly defined core segment allows us to pool our technological expertise, industry knowledge, and resources in a targeted manner. Air cargo is an international and fast-growing environment in which Dimos has been operating successfully for many years. This clear focus allows us to tailor our development, sales, and service activities even more closely to the requirements of airlines, handling agents, and cargo center operators.
What will happen to Dimo's existing solutions outside the air cargo segment?
Solutions that do not fall within the air cargo segment will in future be covered by the Hubtex Group's product and solution portfolio. For customers, this means that the entire expertise of the group will continue to be used to offer the best solution in each case, even if this is not realized under the Dimos brand.
Will the changes affect ongoing projects and offers?
Ongoing projects, offers, and confirmed delivery dates remain unaffected by the realignment and will be implemented as agreed. Customers do not need to place new orders.
Will there be any changes to service, maintenance, and spare parts supply?
The service for existing Dimos vehicles will continue as usual. Known service numbers and email addresses remain unchanged, and existing maintenance and service contracts remain valid. The central service organization within the Hubtex Group will enable us to improve our internal processes in particular, allowing us to respond even more quickly in the event of a service call.
Who will be the contact persons for sales and service in the future?
For service inquiries, the existing Dimos service contacts remain responsible, supplemented by the central service organization of the Hubtex Group. For sales inquiries regarding Air Cargo projects, the familiar Dimos sales staff and the regional Hubtex sales teams are available. You can find a current overview of contact persons on our contact pages and in the information documents provided.
Do customers need to take action?
There is no immediate need for our customers to take action. Only Dimos's company address will change as of January 1, 2026. We recommend updating this new address in internal systems and documents. Contract contents, terms and conditions, and current agreements remain unchanged.
